BILL GREENFIELD PROFILE |
|
I learnt to cast glass at a workshop run by Irene Frolic, a renowned Canadian glass artist, and refined my skills at workshops with Helen Stokes of Melbourne, Richard Whiteley of Canberra and Kreg Kallenberger from Oklahoma.
Having spent most of my life around the Cook Strait, my work is influenced by the natural environment; reflective of places that have affected me and evoked emotional responses that I try to capture in the sculptures.
I am a member of NZ Society of Artists in Glass and Main ARTery, a group of artists practicing in the Wairarapa.
